+ Cut a piece of approx. 45 cm (about the length of your arm span)

+ Wrap ends around your index fingers, leaving about 5–7 cm to work with

+ Gently slide between each tooth using a clean section every time

+ Hug each tooth in a “C” shape and move the floss up and down

+ Avoid snapping the floss between teeth

+ Handle the glass jar with care — it’s durable but breakable.

+ Floss: Compost at home by cutting into small pieces (may take longer), or ideally dispose of in industrial or municipal compost where available. If neither option is accessible, dispose of in regular waste — it will biodegrade without contributing to microplastics.

+ Is the floss suitable for tight teeth?
Yes! It’s designed with a medium thickness that works well even for close-set teeth.
