+ Toothbrush: Brush twice a day using gentle, circular motions. Replace every 3 months or when bristles fray. Keep dry between uses to prevent darkening of the bamboo.

+ Floss: Use about 45 cm per day. Wrap around your fingers and use a fresh section between each tooth. Glide gently up and down, following the curve of each tooth.

+ Floss Refill: Replace the roll inside your floss jar when empty. Store in a dry place.

– Each toothbrush typically lasts 2–3 months.

Almost! The toothbrush handles and floss are compostable. Just remove the toothbrush bristles and cut the floss into pieces. Packaging is recyclable or biodegradable depending on the part.
