+ Cut a piece of approx. 45 cm (about the length of your arm span)

+ Wrap ends around your index fingers, leaving about 5–7 cm to work with

+ Gently slide between each tooth using a clean section every time, as a natural fibre, the floss may break if used repeatedly in the same spot.

+ Hug each tooth in a “C” shape and move the floss up and down

+ Avoid snapping the floss between teeth.

+ Floss: Compost at home by cutting into small pieces (may take longer), or ideally dispose of in industrial or municipal compost where available. If neither option is accessible, dispose of in regular waste — it will biodegrade without contributing to microplastics.

+ Inner bag: Biodegradable – check your local composting guidelines.

+ Cardboard Box: 100% recyclable with paper products.

+ Is the floss suitable for tight teeth?
Yes! It’s designed with a medium thickness that works well even for close-set teeth.

+ Will it break easily?

+ Does it have a strong mint flavour?
No. It has a subtle mint touch — refreshing but not overpowering.

+ Is the floss completely compostable?
Yes. It’s made from bamboo fibre and can be composted at home (cut into small pieces) or in industrial/municipal compost facilities.

One roll = approx. 65 flossing sessions using 45 cm each time - that’s over two months of daily flossing.
